Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Because custom-designed bracelets are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was sent
• The item significantly differs from the design you approved

If your custom bracelet has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Ready-to-wear crystal bracelets and accessories may be returned within 30 days if:

• The item is unworn and in original condition
• All original packaging and tags are included
• The item has not been altered or customized

1. Email us at hello@aurapurecrystal.com with your order number
2. Include the reason for your return and any relevant photos
3. We will review your request within 2 business days
4. If approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label
5. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage or defect
• A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
