By accessing or using the AuraPure Crystal website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

All crystal bracelets are handcrafted and may have natural variations in color, size, and pattern. Product images are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Designs created using our bracelet designer are your intellectual property. By saving a private design, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use the design solely for order fulfillment. We will not share your private designs without your consent.

If you choose to publish a design to our public Community Gallery (via the "Share" toggle on the design), you additionally grant AuraPure Crystal a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt that design — together with the first-name or display-name attribution associated with your account — across our owned marketing channels, including the AuraPure Crystal website, marketing emails, social media (such as Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok), and digital advertising. This license is limited to AuraPure Crystal's own brand promotion and does not transfer ownership of your design.

You may withdraw a design from the Community Gallery at any time by toggling it off in your account; we will remove it from active display within 7 days. Copies already distributed before withdrawal (for example, in newsletters already sent) may persist.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times and costs are estimated and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AuraPure Crystal and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Crystal healing properties mentioned on our site are based on traditional beliefs and are not intended as medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraPure Crystal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of California, USA.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
